End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Novus account, accessing the platform, or using any Novus features, you agree to this End User License Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted Use

Novus is provided for personal and lawful travel planning, trip collaboration, and related content sharing. You may not use Novus in any way that violates applicable law or infringes on the rights, safety, or privacy of others.

3. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content or Abusive Behavior

Novus has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not upload, generate, transmit, organize, or share content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually exploitative, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable.

You may not use Novus to bully, impersonate, stalk, intimidate, exploit, scam, or abuse other users. Accounts involved in objectionable content or abusive conduct may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

4. User Content

You are responsible for the content you upload and share through Novus, including trip data, comments, images, videos, files, and AI prompts. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit that content.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate reports, remove content, restrict access, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the Novus community.
